Syrup from young pine shoots (Pine syrup), low-sugar, prepared from local raw materials. Product pasteurized, intended as Pine shoot syrup for processing in the production of beverages and confectionery. Packaging: metal barrel 230 kg; inside metallized aseptic bag with valve for single use. Availability all year round, repeatable batch flavor profile, raw material first class, manual selection, economical packaging 230 kg.
Parameters:
- Composition (B2B): 70% juice from young pine shoots, 30% Polish white sugar
- Sensory profile: naturally cloudy/with sediment; light brown in color; aroma of fresh pine
- MPT: 12 months from the date of production (under recommended conditions)
- Storage conditions: Store the product in a closed, dry, clean, and well-ventilated place, free from foreign odors. Store at a temperature of 0-6 degrees Celsius. Use the entire contents after opening.
