100% Pineapple Juice – 200 kg barrel (Costa Rica)

NFC 100% pineapple juice, origin: Costa Rica. Pasteurized product, packaged in 200 kg metal barrel With aseptic bag (disposable valve). Natural sediment is a typical phenomenon and does not constitute a product defect. Available all year round, about repeatable flavor profile; raw material first class, manual selection, economical packaging 200 kg.

Parameters:

• °Brix: at least 11
• Nutritional values per 100 g:
  • energy 51 kcal;
  • fat <0.5g;
  • carbohydrates 12 g (including sugars 12 g);
  • protein 0.5 g;
  • salt <0.01 g.

MPT: 12 months from the date of production (under recommended conditions).
Storage conditions: Store the product in a closed, dry, clean, and well-ventilated place, free from foreign odors. Store at a temperature of 0-6 degrees Celsius. Use the entire contents after opening.

The use of pineapple juice in processing

For the production of premium beverages and lemonades, ice creams and dairy desserts, fruit sauces, smoothies, and craft beers (fruit ales and sours). Pineapple juice pairs well with citrus fruits, mango, passion fruit, and coconut. Its stable batch profile facilitates recipe standardization and dosage calculations.

Logistics

The product is shipped in a 200 kg metal drum + aseptic bag (disposable valve). Shipping:

• 1–2 barrels on a euro pallet;
• 2–4 barrels on a 120×120 cm pallet;
• from 4 barrels — Free delivery within Poland, individual pricing outside Poland upon customer request.
